Ray and Dave Davies are the focus of a new London exhibition titled “The Kinks: Brothers”. Artist Christian Furr has reimagined their 1968 passport photo in a series of paintings and prints. The works, which are signed by the band and artist, will be displayed and sold at Gibson Garage London this summer.

A U.K. charity shop discovered a signed copy of his book “In His Own Words” among donated items. Initially overlooked for months, it later sold for over $1,000 at auction. Proceeds will help humanitarian relief efforts, including earthquake support.

He may have retired from the stage in 2023, but a report says he’ll continue delivering live performances as a hologram. Unnamed sources say he signed a 7-figure deal to license his likeness for a hologram residency at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas, starting in 2027. The events feature themed visuals, merchandise and interactive spaces tied to the new album, which was released on Friday.
