Hans Zimmer and Kate Bush have also joined in, highlighting what they say are the dangers AI poses to the creative industries. ‘Bonus Track’ is a 2:45 recording of an empty studio featuring a series of clicks.

 

 

Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner have announced the co-headlining “Double Trouble Double Vision” tour, hitting 19 US cities beginning in July. One interesting peculiarity of the Double Trouble Double Vision double bill is that neither band currently includes any original members.

War has released a new version of their 1975 #6 hit ‘Why Can’t We Be Friends?’ The group teamed up with Playing For Change, a multimedia project that aims to connect the world through music, for the 50th anniversary version of the song, and the album of the same name. To celebrate the Oct 31 50th anniversary of the release of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’, the group launched “Queen The Greatest Special”, a 5-part weekly YouTube series. In the first ep, Brian May and Roger Taylor discuss the song’s roots, and give earlier examples of Freddie’s experimentation. May quote: “You don’t always know where he’s going, but that’s the thing people love most about Freddie.”
