(Richmond, IN)--Here’s a little bit of good news involving the Revive I-70 project.  INDOT announced Monday that the ramps to and from U.S. 27 and eastbound I-70 are scheduled to reopen as soon as this Thursday.  Those ramps have been closed since April to be rehabilitated with pavement repair and work on the acceleration and deceleration lanes.  The reopening is a few weeks ahead of schedule.
