(Richmond, IN)--There was a high-speed chase Thursday morning in Richmond that ended with the arrest of a teenager.  18-year-old Robert Martinez-White was taken to the Wayne County Jail and charged with felony resisting and driving without ever having had a license.  The chase went along East Main Street.  There’s no word yet on what started it.
