(Liberty, IN)--An initial hearing has been set for the 11^th for a man accused of stalking in Union County.  Mark Cordell was taken into custody in the parking lot of a Liberty restaurant after a warrant was issued for his arrest a week ago today.  Details of what led to the stalking charge have not yet become available.  The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Liberty Police Department.
