(Union County, IN)--A change is coming to an interchange on the primary route from Richmond to College Corner and Oxford.  Beginning in about a week and a half, the intersection of State Road 44 and Nine Mile Road will be converted to an all-way stop.  INDOT said they’re making the change due to a history of severe right-angle crashes at the intersection.  Flashing LED stop lights will be installed on 44 to alert drivers of the new stop.  A stop sign has always existed on Nine Mile Road at that intersection.
