(Richmond, IN)--An alleged child molester was returned to Richmond on Wednesday.  Deputies went to Dayton to bring back 38-year-old Chris Moore.  Warrants had been issued for Moore’s arrest on charges that include child molesting and child seduction.  Moore was located and arrested in Dayton on Sunday following a nearly year-long investigation.  He was being held in the Wayne County Jail Thursday morning without bond.
