Deep Purple has postponed the rest of their 2026 shows following singer Ian Gillan’s medical emergency over the weekend. He was hospitalized before the band’s scheduled 2 shows in Germany. While medical details have not been disclosed, Gillan did post that he “was hoping” for “the all-clear to hang on until the end of the tour”, but the group has been forced to “postpone the rest of the European/UK 2026 tour until further notice.” LINK: https://tinyurl.com/2t9ey45w
