The show, featuring those prominent LA-based acts, as well as actor Tom Cruise, served as a handover for the 2028 L.A. Olympic Games. US Olympic torchbearer and NBC Olympics commentator Snoop Dogg also performed, and H.E.R. sang the US national anthem.
