Scorpions are getting the biopic treatment. “Wind of Change” takes its name from the 1991 power ballad that became the group’s biggest hit. Singer Klaus Meine was inspired to write the song after the German rockers performed to 300,000 people at the 1989 Moscow Music Peace Festival as the Cold War neared its end. The film is expected to be released next year, the band’s 60th anniversary.
