Founding guitarist Mick Jones has revealed he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease “several years ago”. The group is currently on its farewell tour, but Jones has not performed with them since 2022. In a statement, he said: “I am doing alright. I’ve always liked to be at my best when performing onstage, and sadly, at present, I find that a bit difficult.”
