(Liberty, IN)--The Union County-College Corner Joint School District will be looking for a new leader.  Superintendent Chris Winchell has announced that he will leave shortly after the end of this school year to take a similar position in northwestern Indiana. That’s where Winchell began his career in education.  He had served as Union County’s superintendent for the last two years.
