Original members Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings of The Guess Who, who co-wrote most of the band’s biggest hits – is suing bassist Jim Kale and drummer Garry Peterson for falsely advertising “a group of hired musicians who have been touring and recording using the band’s name” and implying that Cummings and Bachman are involved. They are seeking $20 million.
