SIX YEARS ADDED TO DRUG SENTENCE FOR JAIL ESCAPE

(Connersville, IN)--Four days of freedom last year cost a Connersville man an extra six years behind bars.  "They will be found.  They will be back and be inmates."  That's whats Joey Laughlin with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department predicted last year shortly after an escape by Chad Heath and Michael Roberts.  They escaped the Fayette County Jail last June by boring a hole through the jail wall.  Laughlin was right.  Both were caught.  Now, Heath has been sentenced to eight years for dealing drugs with six years tacked on for the escape.
